With your audio tracks loaded, you may click and drag or left click and right click to make selections over the waveform. Once a segment is selected, you can either copy or cut it or select the various options, on the program's toolbars, to amplify or normalize the selection, add fade in and fade out effects and more. You can also apply various filters in a similar manner. Regardless of what you intend to do, you only need to select the segment you wish to manipulate and click a button. It's that easy.
